Tombow pens for Christmas!!!

Definitely I've got the best boyfriend a lettering newbie can have. The day after Christmas he came back home from The States with a set of Tombow dual brush pens, a gorgeous Lamy fountain pen and he even added an ink bottle and a converter. I don't deserve him! lol

As soon as I could I started researching about my brand new Lamy pen and discovered I had a pretty similar toy in my arsenal, a 3.8 mm nib Pilot Parallel pen. I bit more than a year ago I purchased the pen in my first attempt at calligraphy, along with many other disposible calligraphy markers, thinking those were the tools that I needed in order to achieve that modern calligraphy I kept bumping into lately. Boy was I wrong! I needed brush pens! And the worst/best part is I had always had them! I had a small collection of Copic Markers I purchased on my trip to Japan but I had never thought of giving them another used other than drawing. I know, sometimes we are our own barriers.
